Our laboratories, equipped with state-of-the-art technology, are the perfect environment for ideas to turn into real solutions.
We are specialised in transfer technology and knowledge valorisation, ensuring that scientific advances translate into products and services with a tangible impact on society. Active collaboration with R&D&I entities, both national and international, ampliflies our capabilities, fostering synergies that drive high-value projects.

Innovation and advanced technological development
Aimed at Hospitals or Health Systems that want to adapt and deploy an innovation model consolidated and aligned with its strategy. FUNDACIÓ LEITAT transfers methodology and helps to implement it.
Consulting support for the establishment or transformation of an innovation unit, including model design and governance, implementation of a methodology to identify needs, capture innovative solutions and accompany projects with structured processes.
Optimization of key processes of an existing innovation unit. It focuses on improving better identification, selection, monitoring and follow-up of projects, with application of methodologies and tools to strengthen management and impact.
Aimed at hospitals, research institutes, universities and other public or private entities interested in innovation in health. Fundació LEITAT trains teams with knowledge of practical methodologies.

Practical trainings to explore the use of Generative AI in R&D for: generation of possible working hypotheses, scientific literature search, automating the writing of technical reports, analysis of large volumes of data, pattern detection and process/procedure optimization, among others.
Aimed at public or private entities that want to promote open innovation initiatives through specific challenges. FUNDACIÓ LEITAT designs and implements tailor-made programmes.
